Charlene Bailey is a very talented dress designer! We have had many dresses made by her and have always been thrilled with the results. She is very good at listening to what the client wants or coming up with great ideas when given free rein. Whenever there have been issues....ie. my daughter growing...Charlene has always been more than willing to solve the issue through alterations, rather than starting from scratch. We will continue to use Charlene and cb. for my daughters dresses!-Carolyn Rusin
Charlene designed our first outfits for my partner and I. We are a younger team but Charlene managed to make us look elegant, polished and sophisticated beyond our years as a Junior Pair competing internationally. Charlene helped guide use every step of the way from initial design, selecting colours and texture, to ensuring our outfits complimented our music and choreography – even taking safety into consideration. We felt very proud representing Canada in the outfits Charlene designed and we’re excited to wear them again for the upcoming skate season! - Brooke McIntosh
